What Our Puppies Go Home With

At Apricot Roots Doodles, our puppies are raised with intention from day one. Before they are even born, we carefully select and pair genetically health-tested parents to give each puppy the very best possible start in life. By prioritizing health, structure, and temperament in our breeding program, we lay a strong foundation long before your puppy ever enters the world.

From there, we focus on early development, thoughtful socialization, and a smooth transition to their forever homes.

Early Development Foundations

Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS):
Gentle, age-appropriate exercises designed to support resilience, stress tolerance, and healthy neurological development.

Early Scent Introduction (ESI):
Exposure to a variety of scents during critical developmental windows to encourage confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

Socialization & Enrichment

  • Raised in a home environment with everyday sights and sounds

  • Gentle handling and age-appropriate enrichment

  • Guided by principles from established breeder development programs

Health & Veterinary Care

  • Parents genetically health tested for breed-specific conditions

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming

  • Veterinary health exam prior to go-home

  • Written health records and health guarantee

Each puppy goes home with a thoughtfully prepared Go-Home Bag to help ease the transition, including:

  • Small bag of TLC Puppy Food

  • Puppy collar

  • A favorite toy

  • FortiFlora packets to support digestive health

Transition Support
